Ever think, "Gee, I should start a gratitude journal..." only to somehow fall short of actually writing those moments you're grateful down? Consistently? Well, the Bliss App for both Android and Apple, makes it more convenient to jot down our grateful moments while we are out and about with their simple to use program. With a variety of journaling features, such as "Gratitude Exercise", "Three Good Things", or "Transforming Problems", Bliss uses principles of positive psychology to help jot down those daily meaningful moments.

We spend enough time on our phones, playing games or scanning social media. Why not take it to the next step and journal our good times and feelings so that we need them the most, we can look back and find something to be grateful for each day? Check it out and see what you think.
